Which carrier do you use for shipping?We ship all U.S. orders through USPS.

Do you offer free shipping?We are happy to offer free shipping on purchases of $75 or more!

How will I know when my order has been shipped?Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow us 1-2 days to ship your order. Once your order has shipped, we will send an email with shipping confirmation and tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.

Who do I contact about a return?Please email info@bellalunashops.com. You will obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA.

What Is the Return Policy?Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. To qualify for a refund, the product must be in the original packaging, must be unused, and the item(s) must not be damaged. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Where Can I return the products?Before you send any product be sure you have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please send the items to: BellaLuna PO BOX 311, Mossyrock, WA 98564 You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost regarding the items that you wish to return. BellaLuna is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. We will not refund shipping costs. All refunds will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Do I need a proof of purchase?Yes, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase.

Can I cancel my order?You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Our team works quickly to fulfill orders, we are unable to make changes or cancelations after an order has shipped.
